Yashahime: Princess Half Demon shares promo for the first episode

Updated: Oct 3, 2020

An announcement about the release of the official prequel to the popular anime show Inuyasha, Yashahime: Princess Half Demon in the fall of 2020, was made earlier this year.

With the arrival of Yashahime: Princess Half Demon right on the horizon, fans have been given a little feast with a promotional video of the very first episode of the upcoming series.

The clip shows the pair of Inuyasha and Kagome along with some other characters. Moroha, the child of Inuyasha and Kagome is seen in the first shot of the released video and so are Sesshomaru’s twins. Kagome and Inuyasha are seen continuing the series right from where Kagome returned to the Feudal era. They both are shown heading to a fresh mission.

Fans will also have a little encounter with the gang from old school Inuyasha since it has been told that Yashahime will be featuring an additional chapter, ‘Since Then’, from the original series, Inuyasha which was planned to be released after the show’s finale. The chapter has now found its place in its prequel series. This additional chapter featuring in the season’s premiere will feel like an old-school epilogue.

What do you think about the promotional teaser? Are you having Yashahime on your to-watch list? Tell us in the comments.
