During the AMEBA special for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Movie Mugen Train that premieres this Friday in Japan, the Tokyo Skytree yesterday lit up in the colour of "flame" to celebrate the movie's release.
The AMEBA special also announced that Tokyo Skytree would be lit up in "flames" again from October 16 to 18, 2020. There are footages on social media platforms from fans of the series close to the tower in Tokyo, which is the tallest structure in Japan, showing the tower illuminated red.
Also, the anime studio Ufotable yesterday released, “the bonds between brother and sister” visual featuring Tanjiro and Nezuko in the same style as the ending credits of the anime. The image was created to celebrate the ABEMA special that night and the talk at Jump Special Anime Festa online event, which featured some footage from the upcoming movie.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba The Movie Mugen Train is a direct sequel to the 2019 anime series, is directed by Haruo Sotozaki, produced by Ufotable and is set for release on October 16, 2020, in Japan.
