The manga created by Tatsuya Endo, Spy x Family has exceeded 5.5 million copies in total circulation and will be celebrating the mark when the 5th volume drops on September 4 in Japan. To commemorate the occasion, an illustration featuring Loid and Yor was drawn and released by the creator.

As the manga's first 4 volumes were reprinted over July and August, each of the volumes had sold over 1 million copies each. The copies were sold through bookstores, digital storefronts including digital versions of the collected volumes.

Spy x Family manga is about a spy who is ordered to "make a family" for a certain mission, adopts a girl with telepathic ability as a daughter, and an assassin as a wife. The manga won the 4th Tatsuya Comic in 2020, the 44th Kodansha Manga Award and the 24th Tezika Osamu Cultural Prize.
