Pokémon is one such anime/manga which not only earns from its manga and anime but also creates a buzz from its various digital applications and games. Pokémon Go was one such viral sensation. The success of Pokémon Go was so much that even non Pokémon followers also got hooked to the game. Now Pokémon Company recently announced that they will be releasing the Pikachu Talk app for Google Home, Google Home Mini, and Amazon Alexa smart speakers in Japan this year. The app will be then launched outside Japan in 2018.

Via this app the users will be able to have a conversation with one of the most known and loved Pokémon Pikachu. However, to keep the authenticity and originality of the character, Pikachu will only be able to reply in its usual "Pika Pika" language. The Pokémon Company may launch a Pikachu language translator so that the fans can understand the electric mouse's responses.
Pikachu are a species of Pokémon, fictional creatures that appear in an assortment of video games, animated television shows and movies, trading card games, and comic books licensed by The Pokémon Company, a Japanese corporation.
The Pikachu design was conceived by Atsuko Nishida and finalised by Ken Sugimori. Pikachu first appeared in Pokémon Red and Green in Japan, and later in the first internationally released Pokémon video games, Pokémon Red and Blue, for the original Game Boy.
The Snapchat app also offered a chance for Pokémon fans to become Pikachu in August. The exclusivity of the the Pikachu Talk app for only Google Home products and Amazon Smart Speakers will create a great hype for the app. We may expect another sensation like Pokémon Go game from this app.
