Shueisha's MANGA Plus service as well as Viz Media, have released the very first chapter of Phantom Seer, a fresh and new manga on this Monday. Manga is created by Tōgo Gotō and performed by Kento Matsuura. The second chapter of Phantom Seer manga will release on September 06.
Storywriter Tōgo Gotō and artist Kento Matsuura launched the manga in the 39th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on Monday.
Readers of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine may find the name of this manga quite familiar as Goto and Matshuura had also published a one-shot manga by the same name in Jump Giga back in 2017, and in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in September 2018.
