Jujutsu Kaisen Release Date Revealed!

It has been long known that Jujutsu Kaisen is launching its anime in October, but Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine #40 leaks confirmed the exact date for the release of Jujutsu Kaisen's first episode. The anime has been hotly anticipated by fans given its supernatural story and colourful characters.

The fall season is right around the corner and we've informed our readers with all the promising anime shows releasing this fall in one of our previous articles. Jujutsu Kaisen is without any doubt one of the most awaited shows for this season and it has been creating a lot of buzz for months now concerning its release on Crunchyroll. The report comes from AnimeTV Japan. The site is well-known for hosting up-to-the-minute trailers from Japan, and its official Twitter informed fans Jujutsu Kaisen will be coming out on October 2.

Jujutsu Kaisen is coming alongside many other interesting anime shows like Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon and Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon in the same month, but Jujutsu Kaisen stands on top of everybody's list.

Here's a quick synopsis of the show for those who still aren't familiar with this very interesting series —

“In a world where cursed spirits feed on unsuspecting humans, fragments of the legendary and feared demon Ryomen Sukuna were lost and scattered about. Should any demon consume Sukuna’s body parts, the power they gain could destroy the world as we know it? Fortunately, there exists a mysterious school of Jujutsu Sorcerers who exist to protect the precarious existence of the living from the supernatural.”

So to sum it up, you'll need to block your date for the first episode of Jujutsu Kaisen on October 2nd on Crunchyroll.
