2017 Comic-Con International: San Diego began on Thursday, 20th July and ended on Sunday, 23rd July. Various superhero actors such as Chris Hemsworth (Thor from Thor: Ragnarok), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk from Thor: Ragnarok), Cate Blanchette (Hela from Thor: Ragnarok) and Ben Affleck (Batman from Justice League) from both DC and Marvels universe were spotted at the event this weekend. But the one who stole the limelight was Ezra Miller who is playing the character Flash in the upcoming film Justice League.
Miller cosplayed as Edward Elric from the popular anime Fullmetal Alchemist at the event. The official DC Universe twitter account shared his pictures in the costume. Ezra was later spotted wearing a Flash baseball cap.
Justice League is an upcoming American superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is intended to be the fifth instalment in the DC Extended Universe. The film is directed by Zack Snyder and written by Chris Terrio, from a story by Snyder and Terrio. The movie stars Miller, Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ray Fisher (Cybrog) and Ben Affleck (Batman). The film will hit the theaters on 17th of November.
Thor: Ragnarok is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Thor, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is intended to be the sequel to 2011's Thor and 2013's Thor: The Dark World and the seventeenth film instalment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Taika Waititi with a screenplay by Eric Pearson. The film stars Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Cate Blanchett (Hela), Idris Elba (Heimdall), Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), and Anthony Hopkins (Odin). The film is set to release on 3rd November.
