Demon Slayer Spinoff Manga To Release In October

Shueisha announced today that a short spinoff manga of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimitsu no Yaiba manga will be published in this year's 45th and 46th issues of the Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on October 12 and 17, 2020.
The spinoff manga will focus on Kyōjurō Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, and is titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Rengoku Gaiden. It will consist of two chapters.
The Demon Slayer manga ended its run on May 18, 2020, with 205 chapters.
The TV anime adaptation of the manga aired from April 6, 2019 to September 28, 2019, with 26-episodes. It covered the first 52 chapters of the manga.
The anime film, titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train is also slated to release theatrically in Japan on October 16, 2020. The film will be a direct sequel to the anime series and will cover the events of the "Mugen Train" story arc, chapters fifty-three through sixty-nine of the manga.
