Award-Winning BEASTARS Manga Ends, Celebrates with Sweet Visual

The Beastars manga has ended as the final chapter was released in Japan today in the 45th edition of Weekly Shonen Champion. To celebrate the occasion, manga creator, Paru Itagaki posted an adorable visual on her twitter account featuring Legoshi and Haru, thanking fans for 4 years of serialization.
In addition, it was also revealed that Itagaki's "BEAST COMPLEX" manga will start serialization from January 2021 for a limited "intensive serialization" according to Itagaki, giving us more short stories to look forward to in the world of beasts. Viz Media is releasing both BEASTARS and BEAST COMPLEX in English. They describe the series as:
"At a high school where the students are literally divided into predators and prey, it’s personal relationships that maintain the fragile peace. Who among them is a Beastar—an academic and social role model destined to become a leader in a society naturally rife with mistrust?"
BEASTARS manga began serialization on September 8, 2016, and quickly became a hit, being the first manga series from publisher Akita Shoten to win the Manga Taisho award.
An anime television series adaptation by Orange aired from October 8, 2019, to December 26, 2019. A second season is scheduled to premiere in January 2021. A new key visual was also released for the second season and shows Legoshi and Louis glaring hard, along with some season two newcomers like Pina (voiced by Yuki Kaji), Free (voiced by Subaru Kimura), and Ibuki (voiced by Taiten Kusunoki).
