Crunchyroll recently declared via press release that the website has crossed the milestone of 3 million paid subscribers and 70 million registered users. The press release also highlighted its initiatives and achievements of its 360-businesses so far, which includes;

Crunchyroll Originals:

• 12 total original series announced

• The first two originals "Tower of God" & "The God of High School" set new viewership records on the platform

Ecommerce:

• launched more than 20 Crunchyroll Loves collections.

Crunchyroll Games:

• Helped launch seven games to date

• Mass for the Dead, released in April, is based on the anime series 'Overlord'

Distribution:

• Crunchyroll partnered with HBO Max to serve its fans with more anime.

• Announced its TV partnerships with Toonami, Adult Swim and TNT Comedy in Germany
