The next chapter of the manga will be released on 6th August 2020. The mangaka had earlier taken a 3 issue break from May to June, to plan out the next arc.

Kingdom is a Japanese seinen manga series written and illustrated by Yasuhisa Hara. The manga is inspired from the Chinese historical period known as the Warring States period. According to the chinese history Ying Zheng, king of Qin, conquered all the other states and unified China. He put an end to the Warring State period in 221 BC

Synposis Of Kingdom Manga: A slave boy, Xin dreams of becoming a great general for the state of Qin. Xin helps Ying Zheng, the young Qin king who shares his desire to unify China, rise to power within the state. Xin does all he can to become a superior commander of an army capable of defeating the Seven Warring States.

The series was adapted into a three-season anime television series by studio Pierrot. The 3rd season premiered on NHK General on 5th of April, 2020. Funimation is simulcasting the anime on their website. Only 4 episodes of season 3 have been released so far. The season has currently gone on a hiatus, due to the Coronavirus disease pandemic.
