Title And Other Details Of Upcoming Detective Conan Film Revealed!

The latest issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine introduced a visual of 24th Detective Conan film. The visual is designed by the mangaka Gosho Aoyama himself. It depicts the Akai family and Conan.


The magazine also revealed the title and other details about the upcoming film from the Detective Conan franchise. The film is titled 'Meitantei Conan: Hiiro no Dangan' (Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet) and is set to release on 17th April 2020.


Along with Conan Edogawa, the other central characters in the film will be an FBI agent Shuichi Akai, his younger brother Shukichi Haneda (a professional shōgi player), his younger sister Masumi Sera (a high school detective) and his mother Mary Sera. The film is directed by Tomoka Nagaoko and the script is written by Takeharu Sakurai.


The story revolves around a string of kidnappings of top executives of major sponsors for an upcoming International sports event organized in Tokyo, which coincides with the launch of Japanese fastets Bullet train.
